    • BOLD Bespoke Package: A fully customized experience, created in collaboration with you, featuring original, purpose-built content for your group’s unique goals.

    • BOLD Mind-Body Reset Package: Add a 1-hour Yoga, Sculpt, or restorative mobility Class for a whole mind-body experience.

      • Mats and water should be provided, or attendees can bring their own.

      • An open, quiet space is required.

  • Absolutely! Each session is designed so everyone feels included and empowered, no matter their starting point.

    For breathwork and movement-based sessions: I offer modifications and variations so participants can move at their own pace. I am not a medical provider, and these sessions do not replace professional medical advice. I always encourage each person to honor their body and consult their physician before joining, especially if they have existing conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
