I created BOLD to be more than just a service: it’s a way of life. A space where intention meets action, where choosing yourself becomes the standard, and where you reclaim your power one step at a time.
For years, I was searching: chasing the next achievement, the next distraction, the next external validation, all while feeling more disconnected from myself than ever. I numbed with toxic patterns, overwork, and anything that kept me from truly feeling. I neglected my body, feeding it with foods, actions, and beliefs that didn’t serve it. I felt myself decline but ignored the signs. Then, when my mom was diagnosed with cancer, everything changed.
I immersed myself in everything I could to support her healing — nutrition, detox protocols, nervous system regulation — and somewhere in that process, something woke up in me: as I helped her take back ownership of her health, I began reclaiming my own.
I saw how much power we give away: to burnout, to habits that don’t serve us, to the subconscious belief that we aren’t worthy of prioritizing our wellbeing. I asked myself: What if we started fighting for life instead of running from it?
I made a choice. I stopped neglecting myself and started showing up. I moved my body: not to punish it, but to feel strong, energized, and alive. I stopped numbing and started nourishing, healing from the inside out. I listened to my intuition and built a life that felt aligned with my highest self.
I became certified in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Health Coaching, not just to transform my own life, but because of the fire I felt within me to help others do the same. Because once you experience the power of healing your body and mind, everything shifts: you begin to choose yourself. You begin to take accountability for your life, and in that space lies your true power.
My mission? To help you reconnect to your inner strength. To guide you in moving, nourishing, and caring for your body and mind in a way that feels effortless, purposeful and aligned with the core of who you are.
Because when you boldly show up for yourself, everything changes.
