Sculpt Classes

  • Sculpt is a mindful fusion of yoga, strength, and cardio designed to move your body with intention and build lasting strength. Rooted in the fluidity of vinyasa and elevated with modern Sculpt techniques, this Class weaves together mindful flow, resistance-based training, and energizing bursts of cardio. The result: a practice that tones, strengthens, and grounds you, while cultivating clarity and presence. Sculpt is where discipline meets intuition, and where you leave feeling both empowered and aligned.

    • Strength: Increased flexibility, coordination, balance, and full-body power

    • Endurance: Boosted stamina and cardiovascular health

    • Clarity: Reduced stress, elevated mood, and a deeper sense of presence

    • Momentum: A sustainable fitness flow that feels good and gets results

    • Energy: A grounding space to reconnect with your body, breath, and intention

  • Sculpt is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or deep in your training journey, this Class is designed to tone your body, clear your mind, and build strength in a fun, supported, and challenging way.

  • No worries, I’ve got you. We’ll work together to modify movements so every class feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Always check with your physician before starting any new fitness program, and trust your body’s wisdom as we move.

  • While results vary based on individual factors, many start to notice positive changes within just a few weeks. Consistency is key: focus on the journey, and the results will follow.

  • Your training schedule should honor your unique goals and starting fitness level. Sculpt is offered once per week in the Program, and pairs beautifully with low-impact activities like walking or traditional yoga, as well as strength training and HIIT.

Be sure to include rest days to support muscle recovery and growth, and always honor your body’s needs. Varying your training days by muscle group and workout type can also enhance your practice and prevent burnout.

Here’s an example of how a weekly schedule might look:

    • Monday: Lower Body Strength

    • Tuesday: Upper Body Strength

    • Wednesday: Rest

    • Thursday: Sculpt Class

    • Friday: Low-Impact (walking or yoga)

    • Saturday: Full Body HIIT

    • Sunday: Rest
