  • BOLD offers three Health Coaching Programs — Awaken, Empower, Transcend — so you can choose the depth, pace, and length of your unique journey.

    Awaken lays the foundation, Empower layers advanced strategies and tools, and Transcend expands into specialized topics and integrative practices for longterm mastery.

  • All Programs are rooted in six key wellness pillars:

  • We’ll begin by looking at the full picture: your health history, your relationship with your body, your core beliefs, your current lifestyle. From there, we’ll set intentional goals that feel aligned with where you are now and where you want to go. Throughout our work together, we’ll stay flexible and intuitive, adapting as you evolve.

  • Calls are bi-weekly (two 50-minute Coaching Calls per month) and pre-scheduled at the start of your program. I understand that life can shift, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

  • In our sessions, we’ll review your progress, check in on your goals, and work through any challenges that have risen. We’ll explore key areas of your health, like nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, and mindset, through a holistic lens.

    After each session, you'll receive curated Resources with guided practices, tools, and action steps to support your growth between calls.

  • True transformation takes time. A 6 to 12-month commitment gives us space to build sustainable habits, navigate challenges, and create lasting results.

  • This depends on your goals, but most clients start noticing shifts within a few weeks: more energy, better digestion, deeper sleep. The real magic happens when you stay consistent over time.

  • Everything is tailored to you. We work together to ensure that your wellness plan feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your unique needs.
